Ilona Kvetna
Portrait and fine art Photographer
I’m Ilona Kvetna, a portrait and fine art photographer based in Ukraine.
I don’t create “beautiful photos.” I create images that feel like fragments of a story — something between cinema and reality.
My work lives in tension:
between softness and strength,
between control and vulnerability,
between who people are and who they could become.
I’m not interested in documenting appearances. I’m interested in transformation.
The people who come to me are not looking to “look good.” They come when they want to see themselves differently — deeper, sharper, sometimes more dangerous than they expected.
I work mostly with women, exploring identity and sensuality.
My approach is intuitive but precise. I guide every detail: light, pose and mood.
You don’t need to know how to pose or “be confident.” That’s not your job. Your job is to show up. Mine is to see.
My work has been recognized by One Eyeland and published in independent art and fashion magazines.
